1. Matcha Workshop — Discover the World of Matcha

Matcha is everywhere, from creamy lattes to colourful café creations. But there is much more to this vibrant Japanese tea than meets the eye.

In this interactive workshop led by Moychay Tea Culture Club, discover the origins of matcha, learn what makes different grades unique and explore the art of traditional preparation.

Taste and compare different matcha grades, whisk your own bowl using a traditional bamboo chasen, and discover how technique and quality influence the final flavour. You will also learn how to prepare a smooth, creamy matcha latte and bring your new skills home.

2. Gong Fu Cha — A Traditional Tea Journey

Take a moment to slow down and experience the traditional Chinese art of tea preparation.

Gong Fu Cha, often translated as “tea prepared with skill,” is a mindful approach to brewing that reveals the complexity of tea through multiple short infusions. Using carefully selected tea and traditional teaware, each infusion reveals new aromas, flavours and textures.

Guided by an experienced tea specialist from Moychay Tea Culture Club, you will discover the ritual behind the ceremony, explore the character of different teas and experience a more mindful way of enjoying every cup.

There is time to ask questions, exchange thoughts or simply relax and let the experience unfold.
